Our kids cheese quesadilla meals didn?t... read more The food I ordered in the app was made incorrectly, but the restaurant staff was very kind about correcting the problem. Our kids cheese quesadilla meals didn?t have cheese in them. !! Other than that this chipotle experience was a bit sub par. Rice was soggy, chips were stale, and the restaurant seemed like it wasn?t cleaned very well. I explained the situation to a staff member but I got no response. Take a look at the pictures I?m posting here. Crumbs everywhere on food prep tables and the floor.

Unfortunately, the queso, which we typically enjoy at other locations, was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted. It was too spicy to eat and left an awful burning sensation in my mouth, plus the chips were stale. I don’t know if a disgruntled employee was adding extra spicy peppers to everything or if they simply can’t follow recipes, but the experience was truly awful. I can’t imagine it could get any worse than this. I recommend steering clear of this place — there are plenty of better dining options nearby.
