Went in store to place an order for 5 people, I missed the name of the initial line server, he in addition to Joe and Jacine were friendly, courteous, and gave me exactly what I asked without issue. As things needed replenishing theywere apologetic about not having the desired drink or having to wait for food items to be prepped. They do their best to meetthe customers needs and their demeanor made the experience worth the wait! Will definitely be back!

The store was na... read more This location is the absolute worst I've ever experienced. I waited inside the store 30 minutes after the time given for the order to be ready. The store was nasty. Food all over the floors, and tables. The young lady making the to go orders wasslinging bags on a random table, not even calling out names for anyone to know if it was their order or not. Absolute horriblecustomer service. I watched my $40 order sit as she tried to make 8 other bowls at once. I left the store without the food afterwaiting 30 minutes. Complete waste of time. This store needs better management, and immediate staff training. Very bad customerservice.

The chicken is always burnt and the wait time for the line is crazy insane because they are so slow and never have anything. These were the tacos I gotyesterday, barely serves anything, burn taco and chicken. Do yourself a favor a drive a little more and go to the chipotle inDavenport. Don?t waste your time or money here.

We placed an on... read more The entire order literally went into the garbage. Our experience at this location was so bad that we will never return to any Chipotle location. We placed an online order for 4 of us, picked it up, got back to the hotel to realize we were missing severalitems both orders of kids fruit, utensils, napkins, the pork in the burrito bowl...then we tried to unwrap the ten foil offthe kids quesadillas, all 3 had the cheese outside of the tortillas so we had to pick ten foil bits off them as to not eat it,so we thought ok, no fruit for the kids but at least they have quesadillas to eat...wrong! The chicken was so incredibly spicythey couldn't even eat it. The burrito bowl was made incorrectly. No pork at all, the steak was also too spicy for even an adultto eat and it was just gross in general. We decided to just dig into the chips and queso. Well the queso (which we normallyenjoy from Jacksonville locations) was the most disgusting thing I've ever put in my mouth and also too spicy to eat, createda nasty mouth fire, plus the chips were stale! I don't know if there was a disgruntled employee adding they're spiciest peppersto everything or if they can't follow recipes, but it was truly awful. I don't think it gets any worse than this. Stay away fromthis garbage. So many other choices for places to eat nearby.

I didn?t have to wait for my food, my order was accurate, AND utensils and napkins were already in my bag! Ireally appreciate it!! I know that some other locations do the online orders in the regular line and you have to wait foreverand tonight that wasn?t the case. Thank you so much!!
