What Aaron Mayr-Mauhart dislikes about Bindy's Caribbean Delights:
The doubles here are insulting to Trini people. They should be called Salty Dough disguised as doubles. Everything was so salty I had to get my blood pressure checked after. View all feedback.

5 stars for the scotch bonnet hot sauce! After a couple of tastes I got cocky and poured it all over my potato roti like I was invincible. It sneaks up though. I’m sitting in the food court with watering eyes right now and I don’t know if it’s from happiness or the burn but I’ve never felt so alive. The lady working the counter was super awesome and proudly told me she made the hot sauce that day when I asked for a second one. P.S put a little in the pineapple chow. I could eat the jerk vegetable roti every single day. The chickpeas were cooked to perfection, the veggie mix was spot on, and the way it all came together was flawless. I added in a samosa and that was also incredible. Way too much food for one person, so I am grateful my husband was there ti share. I love that Bindy’s is on the quieter/calmer side of the market. Good spot for conversation and an enjoyable setting for a meal. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Samosas, Veggie

I never visit Winnipeg without making a stop at Bindi's. I have to go at least twice. The chickpea roti is absolutely delicious! I even purchase Roti shells to take home and dream about enjoying Bindi's roti in the comfort of my own home. I absolutely adore it. And let's not forget about their amazing hot sauce!
The Forks is a great place to visit, even though it may be filled with tourists. There are plenty of options for delicious food in the area! Bindy's offers tasty dishes like roti and doubles. The roti was filling and delicious, and the Aloo pie was a flavorful treat. Enjoy your meal by the river for a scenic dining experience.

Please refrain from criticizing other restaurants' food in an effort to promote yours under the name John Doh; it's unprofessional.
I ordered the J Shrimp Rice and Vegetables today, and my experience was quite disappointing. As I placed my order, the woman taking it visibly rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed when she passed my order to a coworker. I watched as they retrieved a bag from the fridge, heated the shrimp and vegetables on a hot pan, and microwaved the beans and rice. The salad was made fresh, which was a plus. However, when my order was ready, she handed it to me with an air of irritation, as if I had inconvenienced her by ordering. The food was just okay, but the overall experience was negative. I don’t plan on returning or recommending this place to anyone.
Awesome West Indian food. I love their doubles. The staff are so friendly and they make you feel like you’re at home. Also love going to the food court and people watching while listening to the buskers of the Forks! It’s so charming.
