Whenever I visit Winnipeg, I always make sure to stop at Bindi's at least twice. Their kicherbsenschwili is my favorite dish! I often purchase roti dishes to take home and daydream about enjoying Bindi's roti in the comfort of my own home. I absolutely love it! Their hot sauce is also phenomenal.
The utensils are unique (even though it is a touristy area) to enjoy tasty food! Bindy's offers roti, doubles, and more. The roti was not pretty but delicious. The Aloo-Piee was a delicious and beautiful treat. Enjoy your roti by the river!

I recently visited Bindy's, a Caribbean restaurant located at The Forks, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. Service was friendly and open to answer all my questions of the food. The menu at Bindy's has a variety of Caribbean dishes, ranging from roti wraps (I ordered the bison) and jerk. The shrimps and meat were juicy and tender, and the seasoning was perfect. They also have sodas from Trinidad and Tobago which are really cool. I would highly recommend Bindy's to anyone looking for a flavorful and authentic Caribbean dinning experience.
