The owner was friendly, but my sandwich came with hard, crusty brown bread and overly dried chicken. Additionally, the owner was quite strict about how the ingredients were assembled, which didn't match my preference for plenty of fresh vegetables. Unfortunately, I won’t have the chance to visit again.

The owner was friendly, but unfortunately, my sub had stale, crumbly brown bread and dried breaded chicken. The owner was quite particular about how the ingredients were assembled, which didn't align with my preferences and resulted in a disappointing lack of veggies. I think I'll be taking a break from Mr. Sub for a while.

I shared my concerns about food safety with the staff, and they were very attentive, making sure both the knife and their hands were thoroughly cleaned. I appreciate their dedication to maintaining safe food handling practices.
