I shared my concerns about food safety with the staff, and they were very attentive, making sure both the knife and their hands were thoroughly cleaned. I appreciate their dedication to maintaining safe food handling practices.

He seemed annoyed by my request and only wiped the knife with a paper towel. When I asked him to rinse it thoroughly in the sink, he refused. Concerned about the unsafe food handling practices, I decided to leave. Later, when I returned, I learned that the employee was no longer working there. I spoke with other staff members about the issue, and they were more than willing to wash their hands and clean the knife properly. I appreciate Mr. Sub for prioritizing safe food handling on their menu!

The owner was friendly, but unfortuna... read more I hadn't visited Mr. Sub in years, as I used to really enjoy their fresh bread and abundant veggies arranged to my liking. The owner was friendly, but unfortunately, my sub had stale, crumbly brown bread and dried breaded chicken. The owner was quite particular about how the ingredients were assembled, which didn't align with my preferences and resulted in a disappointing lack of veggies. I think I'll be taking a break from Mr. Sub for a while.
