We normally get it to go and find that by the time you go to the car to eat the fries such as they are are cold as if they had been sitting around.

I'd say no more than twice a year - we are not from the direct area.The location is clean, but you can tell the owner/franchisee has taught the employees that money and profit is more important than taking care of the customer. Primary example? They count out how many Ketchup packages they put on your tray. Yes, if you ask for more, they will give you ONE or TWO. I just don't understand why the Ketchup and other condiments are monitored so tightly. Also, speaking of condiments - if you order anything extra on your food, that doesn't come with it normally, expect to pay then again too. For example, want some lettuce, no problem - $0.50 charge. They also don't accept any coupons from KFC - which is kinda of annoying.
