I have known the owner, John, for many years.. He is an honest, hardworking guy and it shows when you visit the Frosty Queen restaurant in Wingham. The fish burger and fish and chips were disappointing, with fries that tasted like frozen ones from McCain. The only saving grace was the soft ice cream, which was quite tasty. So many different choices made to order. Love the pitas the best. The ice cream to have after supper is an added benefit.
I worked there in high school and the food, family owned and operated atmosphere is amazing. They have added a Pita Pit. However they are known as having the Best Poutine EVER!!!
We have not visited Frosty Queen in Wingham for at least 10 years due to our recent move. However, we were pleased to find that they still serve the deliciously creamy soft ice cream that we have always enjoyed. Definitely the best cone we've had in 2019!
We just moved to Wingham and were tired of unpacking so decided to try Frosty Queen. We had fish and chips and were pleasantly surprised. The fish had bread, not broken and was not the little fat. The fish was flocky and very... chic. The fries were delicious and the Koleslaw was great. The ice cream is the best and much taste to choose. Recommend this restaurant.
