Jollof rice was the perfect accompaniment, and again, rich with flavour. Both were completely authentic andwithout question, the nicest west African food I've ever had. The aromatic seasonings were so thoroughly enjoyable! And therestaurant owner is the loveliest gentleman, so kind and helpful with suggestions of selections.
