It's a wonderful restaurant in Windsor that you can enjoy many sorts of Asian food, I can say that they cook food truly in heart. Especially thanking to the server Tina, she's so friendly and helped us more. I'd like coming here every weekend for dinner.

This is the second time we have eaten here. Just like when we ate for the first time earlier this week, we once again had the perfect dinner. The restaurant is next to Devonshire mall. Parking is available cause it shared the same area with the mall. The restaurant have a wide variety of Chinese, Asian, and Japanese food. Appetizers are somehow not rich enough. Steak, chicken, sea food are all amazing. Sweets are diversified. First thing once you have a seat you’ll be asked to order a drink and don’t worry it will be refilled. The prices are affordable so you can go and have a nice meal there like twice or maybe three times a month. This place deserves a try.

Decided to take my girlfriend for a nice lunch yesterday at Mandarin. After getting my FIRST plate of food I noticed a bug walking around on my food. I instantly lost my appetite and notified the waitress. All I was told was “sorry” and then I proceeded to watch her toss the plate of food with the bug on it, into the garbage not telling A SOUL. After that I was told to leave a 5 star review because it would benefit the business but there is not a chance out experience was worth 5 stars. Also, yes I was charged for the full amount of my food even though I only had one plate. STAY AWAY
