Granted I dont eat... read more KFC is not fine dining by any stretch. But the people working here are so miserable and angry all the time its amazing they stay in business. Granted I dont eat KFC often but I do crave it time to time. Tried this place several times and the rude bitter people turned me off forever. They messed up my order once and then balled me out when I called to complain. I mean what the heck is my problem? I should have inventoried the bag before driving home. Cant expect them to do it. One girl complained to me that people make to many requests about chicken. The guy she was complaining about was the guy ahead of me. I dont want to hear it and he's standing right there .... wow. They were out of chicken a couple times too. So either unorganized or Windsor people love greasy food with attitude and they cant keep up!Anyway, life is to short for this. The vibe is way to negative for me. I should thank this place I guess. I've had KFC cravings I brushed off because I don't want to go in there.

He had placed his order and the employee decided to mak... read more My daughter and I went inside to place an order for my family. There was only one person in front of me. He had placed his order and the employee decided to make small talk with the customer while I stood behind behind him. Approximately 5 minutes later the employee asked me what I wanted to order, I asked for the family meal, she said it would take a half hour to make the chicken. I just walked out, it wasn't worth my time to ask for an explanation. A $50.00 dollar order gone. Oh well.
