Went for my birthday because I was there for dinner 2 weeks previously and the staff and food was excellent unfortunately I ordered the same dish and it was half the size and looked totally different and they were very rude about it. I said it was half empty (the wrap) and they said well we'll take it off your bill.., really I hope so!! so needless to say I was very disappointed

18 of us arrived for our reservations at 6:30pm. Being for out of town, wasn't sure what to expect. First thing first, our waitresses were stellar (there were two of them). They were patient, polite and efficient. Food is typical pub fare. I had the turkey club on brown, with a Caesar salad. Dressing on the salad was excellent, clubhouse was good. Person next to me had the wings...they were meaty and he devoured them....not the best he's had...but they were ok. Came with carrot sticks. The person across from me had a Taco Salad..it came in a taco bowl and was stuffed to the brim. It contained olives...although olives aren't from Mexico. Another person had the bacon burger...he didn't care for the meat on the burger...but it was a very large burger. Personal preference I believe. Another person had the fish (haddock) and chips...she seemed to enjoy it. Price points for most items were around $12.99 per item I'd go back if in the area again. Loss of 1 star as its very loud in the restaurant...not conducive to having conversations.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. My family and I ordered 3 halibut dinners on Skip the Dishes and waited for over an hour and a half for a small piece of fish, soggy fries, and coleslaw that came in a plastic bag instead of the usual styrofoam cup. The food was terrible.

The restaurant closes at their discretion. I arrived at 10:30 pm only to find they had already closed. Poor customer service.

The ambience of the restaurant is pleasant, however, the waitress gave off the impression that we were bothering her. She did not introduce herself or greet us. I ordered the wings with Frank's Hot sauce, which were not breaded. Despite a couple of wings not looking very appetizing, the waitress did not seem to be concerned. My boyfriend had the Jack Daniel's burger, which he found to be similar to a regular cheeseburger with nothing special. The fries (McCain's frozen wedges) were delicious, especially with gravy. I recommend sticking to burgers and fries when dining here. The prices are reasonable, but it is advised to double check the bill, as the waitress attempted to overcharge us without offering an apology.
