The customer service at this restaurant has always been terrible, but the food is amazing. If it weren't for the delicious food, I would never return, even to their last location. The female employees at the counter are always very rude and standoffish, and this has been the case for years. They are never friendly towards female customers. During my last visit, I placed a phone order and the employee was very dry and rude. When I went to pick up my order, I greeted her but she said nothing in return. She grabbed the food and placed it behind the tip box where I couldn't see it, and then pointed over to it after I paid. There was no one else in the store, so there was no reason she couldn't hand me my food directly.

I have been dining at this restaurant for over ten years, despite having to drive 50 minutes to get there. On my recent visit, I ordered three curry chicken platters and a side of jerk chicken. Unfortunately, the food didn't taste as good as it used to - I can't quite pinpoint what's different, but something has changed. The service was decent, and I opted for takeout for lunch.
