Wow. This place did a complete 180. I only waited 5 minutes for my doordash order and they communicated with me that my food will be out shortly which is usually never true. The staff looks hard working. They aren’t last and disrespectful like the usual staff. I’m glad they finally made some changes. View all feedback.
What S S doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Ordered with my Family last night. The order was delayed but no worries. Problem is, if that's the case, shouldn't it be right. After a few bites, I realized my burrito had no lettuce or cheese we ordered. Ask everyone about there's and same...no lettuce or cheese. This is the second time they've messed up my order here. Last Saturday I went to this Chipotle to get a quick meal for me. I arrived at 3:45. There were maybe 3-4 customers in front of me and I saw at least 6 employees who float around, but only one on the line. It took 20 minutes before it was my turn!! I ordered my bowl and watched it go down. When the worker was finished, she did not mark my bowl (or each of the bowls) and pushed it towards the cashier. The cashier rang the customer before me and I wanted to keep an eye on my bowl. The customer paid before me and went and when the cashier went to package what I thought was my meal the customer stopped behind me to know that the bowl she held was her. Somewhere in the slow movement confusion the bowl that belonged to the customer before I was moved and she took my bowl home. The cashier just stood there and seemed upset. There was no offer to fix the error, and now after 30 minutes I wanted to wait longer so I left. I had to go to the next city to pick up a meal that took no more than 10 minutes.
I usually love getting chipotle, but usually every time we left, there is always a problem. Service on 6/11/2022, just call orders and that's what I got when I came home.
I ordered my food and they managed to make everything wrong. It's a delivery order. I ordered a bowl with selected toppings and a steak burrito. I got no burrito at all and instead I got two completely identical bowls with each topping them offer. No forks and no napkins. Maybe we have to stop hiring teenagers who only need a job and start to hire people who actually want to do the food right and do their job. Unacceptable.
If the stools look like this, imagine what the kitchen looks like. Also, I stood by the shelf for mobile pickup for 15 mins beyond my pick up time. Someone finally asked me for my name and grabbed my bag of cold food. Awesome. Oh, and it didn't have my chips either.
This locations food and services is not what it use to be. Management does not seen to mind.. I visited the location at woodholm and was thankful I received my money's worth in product quality, freshness, even the cilantro brown lime rice was on point. I hope the Security location improves to maintain quality food and service in our community. It's sad that we have lost many good dining places in our area
