Located on High Street, just one block from Chapel, Tipico is a modern Italian bistro that embodies the new Italy, inspired by the vibrant city of Milan. Unlike traditional Italian restaurants, Tipico offers a contemporary atmosphere with a menu that combines classic flavors with modern twists. Head chef Andrea Serrelli's dishes include kingfish crudo with orange dressing and mint, battered sardines with polenta chips, and tagliatelle with spanner crab. In addition to a diverse Italian and Victorian wine list, Tipico also features local craft beers and cocktails.

The food is plainly salty. seafood are fishy. The amounts are tiny. Hard to communicate with staff in English. It’s no wonder one can get a booking at this time of the Christmas season.
This restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with a modern and sophisticated atmosphere, delicious food, a great wine selection, and lively service. It's perfect for a night out with friends where you can enjoy appetizers, a bottle of wine, share lots of starters, and each order your own main dish. Sharing dishes is highly recommended. We had a wonderful time and it cost us about $120 each.
I absolutely loved it! The food was delicious with large portions, and the staff was attentive and beautiful.
