Was Trudie Ritchie at Gap Diner Inc a mag?
On a whine. It was really busy, and they were short staff, but it was worth waiting! I have my order to go, and it was well packed. We have the reubs, turkey wrap (can not think of the name, and try the meat jam sandwich. Everybody was great! I loved pasta salad, pickles and sweet teas. As a resident of Coopersburg, I typically enjoy the patty melt at Coop Diner. However, while I was in Wind Gap for work, I decided to try the patty melt at Gap Diner. It was just as delicious, if not better, than the one at Coop Diner. I highly recommend it! The prices are also very reasonable!

I had my family for breakfast last Sunday. Our waitress Joanne was as high as the sky. You need to have a new cook as the food was terrible and it took 45 minutes to get eggs pancakes and French toast. The homeries were dry and stale tasting. I'm not going back there. Save the trip and go somewhere else if you want good food and safe sober service.

I will never dine here again based on this experience. The behavior I witnessed was incredibly shocking and unacceptable. Just imagine if this waitress were dealing with the same medical issues as that young boy. It's truly disheartening to see such apathy in people these days.

We recently went to Gap diner with friends and their child. A waitress there found it ok to be rude and disrespectful to a 3 yr. old child. The child that has Congenital anomalies of the esophagus and trachea, meaning he was born without his esophagus attached to his stomach. Right now he has his esophagus attached to the side of his neck, he wears a bandage but everything he drinks comes out of the neck because it is not attached to his stomach. A waitress at this diner called him Disgusting and proceeded to call the police because it was her uneducated medical opinion that he should be at a hospital. This child has already had 109 surgeries! He's been to the hospital many many times! I went back today to speak to the manager only to find the same waitress there who said in front of the so called manager that this child should not have been in public and that he was disgusting. The place is what's actually DISGUSTING to have condoned this behavior!
