We absolutely adore the Gap Diner! The food is fantastic, and the staff is super friendly. Dining here feels like having dinner at your mom's kitchen table. Take a moment to appreciate this charming little diner that we all love!
As a resident of Coopersburg, I typically enjoy the patty melt at Coop Diner. However, while I was in Wind Gap for work, I decided to try the patty melt at Gap Diner. It was just as delicious, if not better, than the one at Coop Diner. I highly recommend it! The prices are also very reasonable!
On a whine. It was really busy, and they were short staff, but it was worth waiting! I have my order to go, and it was well packed. We have the reubs, turkey wrap (can not think of the name, and try the meat jam sandwich. Everybody was great! I loved pasta salad, pickles and sweet teas. We'll probably stop before we leave the area. They also said the terrace was due to state regulation from borders for dogs, but there were other picnic tables around the parking lot that dogs are friendly.
This place is terrible. I never go in a new place expecting the world but they took the cake. The food i got was flavorless and was clearly re-heated in a microwave, even the gravy. Sloppy. The waitress might as well of had track marks up het arm as she was clearly coming down. They desperately need new ownership.
We went out for dinner last night, and it was quite disappointing. The waitress took our order and mentioned that we would get two vegetables with our meals, but we only received one, and she never informed us of the daily vegetable options. When it came time for dessert, she mentioned something else that was confusing. I asked her if we were supposed to get pudding with our meal, and she just asked what we wanted. I was really frustrated with the service. It's important to double-check what comes with your meal, or you might end up missing out.
