Our Stable is located in the picturesque city of Winchester, right on The Square. We offer a delicious selection of over 60 cider varieties and sourdough base pizzas topped with homemade tomato sauce and locally sourced toppings. Our signature dish is The Blazing Saddle, featuring slow-roasted pulled beef, smoked bacon, caramelized onions, grilled red peppers, mozzarella, sour cream, and jalapeno chilies. Our food is made with prime local ingredients sourced from the finest growers and producers in the region to create unique dishes inspired by the West Country. We take pride in responsibly sourcing and preparing everything from scratch, without any preservatives. Our chefs work daily to chop, slice, stir, fry, and roast fresh ingredients for our pizzas. We offer non-gluten ingredients, specially made off-site, for all pizzas on the main menu. Our organic sourdough pizza bases are animal-free, providing options for vegans and vegetarians to customize their pizzas. We recommend trying 'The Billy the Kid' without cheese for a scrumptious vegan option, featuring caramelized onions, field mushrooms, fresh spinach, tomatoes, and roasted hazelnuts. What an amazing discovery! Few weeks ago we had a chance to spend a day in Winchester, in order to do some touristy stuff.
If the argjy bargy pizza and it was nice if I would not only visit the opposite, I would often be available on this site beautiful Koleslaw site. great food and friendly customer service.
Stylish, modern decor sets the ton for this wise over average pizza restaurant. the plant-based options are marked and plentiful. I had the cajun kartoffelts that were crispy with a beautifully spiced cajun mayo. the jackfruit pfefferoni pizza had a light, thin basic cooked to perfection. the vegan cheese was very good with sweet overtones. the paprika was delicious and a few more pieces would have been welcome. the koleslaw was dirty, thick with mayo and crispy textures. the vegan chocolate brownie was more cake than brownie, but still tasteful and good with the vegan vanilla ice cream. there is also a good selection of beer snoop. it would be good to see how those who are labeled as vegan to save any on the internet. I went for a mango-circle that was very sweet, but quite drinkable, especially when he was chilled with ice. very nice environment of old winchester around the restaurant, recommended.

The pizza was delicious and the location was fantastic. The servers were knowledgeable and accommodating when it came to gluten-free options.
They offer gluten-free options for most pizzas and have a large selection of ciders. I have dined here many times without any issues of contamination.
