Was S at Barnards a mag?

I recently dined at Barnards for the first time and had a delightful experience. While the food was a bit on the pricier side, it was cooked to perfection. The staff were helpful and friendly. I also purchased some homemade cake to take away, which I thoroughly enjoyed. View all feedback.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Barnards. Despite living nearby for six months, we had never made the time to visit until now and we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and offers lovely views of Denmead church. We also appreciated the nice seating area in the back. The fish and chips and beef pie we ordered were delicious, served with fresh and flavorful vegetables. I also enjoyed a locally brewed ale that was excellent. The staff were polite and attentive. We will definitely be returning to Barnards in the future.

I found a great breakfast spot that offers gluten-free options. I plan to bring Mrs. B along soon. The quality of food and service are fantastic, reminding me of old-school standards.

The staff and food are lovely. They genuinely care about their customers. I've been a customer many years and they've never changed.

Tasty bacon, brie and cranberry panini. My friend enjoyed a Tuna melt panini too. Why not 5*? Cost... £22 for two paninis, a small peroni and a lemonade. Also, because I'm fussy, there was loads of fat on my bacon. : still a good 4* though. Would go back. :

Tasty speck, brie and cranberry panini. my friend also enjoyed a tuna melt panini. why not cost 5*? £22 for two paninis, a small peroni and a limonade. Also because I am smokey, there were many fats on my speck. but a good 4*. would go back.

The tasty speck, brie, and cranberry panini was delicious. My friend also enjoyed a tuna melt panini. However, I was disappointed that the prices were a bit high - £22 for two paninis, a small Peroni, and a lemonade. Additionally, my speck was a bit too fatty for my liking. Overall, I would give it a good 4-star rating and would consider going back.

We just had a delicious lunch in barnards. we have been living in a distance for 6 months and have received meaning in order to enter, and we have certainly not been despised. the restaurant is cozy and has a beautiful view of the church denmead with a beautiful seating area also from the back. we had the fish and chips and the bark meat cakes that were super delicious with excellent fresh vegetables. I also had a locally roasted ale that was also great. the staff was also very polite. we will definitely come back.

Went to Barnards for brunch. We hadn't booked but they were able to accommodate us. I would think booking would be better as for a Friday late morning it was pretty full! We both had a full English all really nicely cooked, hot and delicious! Coffee and Tea were good. All was reasonably priced for a village restaurant. The breakfast offer was varied, they also seemed to have a good selection of cake and I think I spotted a vegan option or two. Lovely place (perhaps a tad dated, but I think the popularity/food speaks volumes more than the decor) with indoor and outdoor seating. Nicely distanced tables and great service! Or takeaway if preferred. We will definitely go again!
