How have I never taken the time to write a review? Packs is my absolute favorite! Even when there’s a line, they manage to get everyone through fairly quickly. The selection is a bit overwhelming, but you really can’t go wrong with any choice you make. The service is usually friendly, although they can sometimes come across as a bit short. Soft serve is good but the snow cones taste terrible and they don’t have a kids size. I paid like $5 for a massive snow cone my toddler wouldn’t eat, which is unheard of. I tasted it and it tasted like chlorine. View all feedback.
