How have I never taken the time to write a review? Packs is my absolute favorite! Even when there’s a line, they manage to get everyone through fairly quickly. The selection is a bit overwhelming, but you really can’t go wrong with any choice you make. The service is usually friendly, although they can sometimes come across as a bit short. I totally get it, considering the crowds they handle. Overall, it’s definitely worth it!

We visited Packs because they were supporting our kids' 4-H club by donating proceeds from ice cream sales from 6 to 10 that night. True to Packs' reputation, everything was delicious! We ordered a banana shake, a peach shake, and two waffle cone ice creams. The staff were very friendly and did an excellent job preparing everything. I would definitely recommend Packs to anyone!

The food was delicious and reasonably priced! I ordered the turtle sundae, and it was fantastic!

Soft serve is good but the snow cones taste terrible and they don’t have a kids size. I paid like $5 for a massive snow cone my toddler wouldn’t eat, which is unheard of. I tasted it and it tasted like chlorine.

First time visiting, and the servers recommendations were fantastic. Great ice cream, great toppings, fun staff to talk to, just fantastic.If you've not been here before, do yourself a favor and stop; they've got your ice cream waiting for you.
