I raised... read more Brooklyn doesn 't know how to treat customers. The cashiers were laughing and playing when I came up to the window and didnt ring my foos up correctly. I raised concern and they call for their manager. Manager Brooklyn told me What do you want for me to doabout it? Worst experience ever, this is the only time, I 've EVER left a restraunt review. This KFC really has gone down thetoilet, terrible manager, period.

Rushing my order saying is that it after every item. Then I was supposed to get a drink bucket with my order which she at firstrefused to give me then didn?t ask for what drink I wanted gave me sweet tea and when I said I don?t drink sweet tea she saidwell that?s all you can get you can?t pick your drink anymore. Honestly took all of me not to cancel my order I spent 40 dollarfor nothing

We... read more My wife and I had a long, tiring day and were craving some KFC chicken and sides. We arrived just 11 minutes before closing and went through the drive-thru. We were greeted and asked for our order, but to our surprise, we were told they were out of chicken. We decided to order sides instead and went to the window. I mentioned that the "C" in KFC stands for chicken, and someone from the back shouted that they were closed. This was before the official closing time of 10 PM, leaving us with 8 minutes to spare. Meanwhile, a line had formed behind us. This was a disappointing experience with poor customer service, and it felt like a missed opportunity for them to make some sales. After all, "Kentucky Fried Chicken" is in the name. They really need to consider getting a new manager.

The... read more I visited today to buy a 12-piece bucket of chicken along with some sides, and I was charged $5.00 more than the price listed online for the 12-piece meal. The staff member at the counter mentioned that the online price only applies to online orders. However, there was no indication that the prices differ for in-store purchases. This feels incredibly unfair, as many customers check menus online to decide what to order before arriving. I used to come to this location 2-3 times a month, spending around $20-30 each visit, but that's no longer the case. I will not be supporting this establishment anymore.

Additionally, we've had to ask for sil... read more Recently, the chicken we've had from KFC hasn't been crispy and seemed like it had been sitting in moisture for too long. Additionally, we've had to ask for silverware and napkins each time we visited, as they were not provided. It's not terrible overall, but there are certainly better options out there.
