Amazing customer service and pastries too! I had an order to pickup but was held up due to a flooding roadblock. I called and a very nice employee named Antonio very graciously offered to wait as the bakery would be closed the next day. The store is lucky to have such a great employee. Ordered cake cookies for a baby shower. The Josie’s Team are great attention to detail, experience communication. Cake cookies were delicious. Cake was for 30 people.
Josie’s Bakery delivered perfect cakes for our 12/17 wedding. There are so many options and great flavors at Josie’s Bakery, it was difficult to choose. We had a surprise birthday cake and a 3-tiered wedding cake with 2 different flavors: matcha green tea with vanilla buttercream AND tiramisu with coffee caramel buttercream. The simple winter design on our wedding cake and fantastic flavors truly made our special day even more memorable. Thank you to Alex and team for the great service and delicious cakes! We highly recommend this vendor to anyone needing a cake for a wedding/ special occasion.
