Horrible service topped off with a dose of passive aggressive behavior

A special Thank you to Jack's Country Maid Deli for the delicious dinner this evening in the Wilmington OR. You guys make the best sandwiches!

I love going to Jack's Country Maid. They always welcome you when you walk in the door. Very friendly and clean. I've been going to the Elsmere location since the day they opened and the 1st and only time I had a problem with my food, Mike happened to walk by where they keep your sandwiches warm, and felt mine was cold, he threw it away and remade it for me???? Thanks Mike and the rest of the staff..

Three times here was the first time great! sub was fresh and good. the second time, they were not fresh and they were hard at the end. So I thought maybe it was a mistake that I could give them another try because it was the first time I visited. well, the third time that the subrolls did not end up fresh and hard again after I told the man that my sub was hard last time they were fresh today and he said yes. that messed me up when I came back, can't always waste money if there's any other understore. ah? I really liked her too much.

Great place to grab small handful of groceries without having to go to store. Deli counter has great choice in meat cheese selection. Their grill is made to order your favorite for breakfast lunch/dinner sandwiches. Good selection of choices on their menu. Great friendly staff, good customer service. I would recommend this place (and their other locations)... Thank you for small businesses.
