I didn't want an don't want a replacement, I wasthinking that they wanted to put out better quality food.

Half the stuff on the menu they didn?t have that includes breast an legs with half the sides, when I asked to speak tothe manager ericka she told meto leave if I didn?t like there options that they were closing soon I?ll never go to market street bojangles again I waited 40minutes and when I got the food it was terrible. It?s one of the easiest jobs there is come on ????????

What I had ordered had just been dropped and... read more Upon arrival, a nice lady waited on me. I ordered food, and she let me know to her credit, that it might be a bit. What I had ordered had just been dropped and would take about 12 minutes. 20 minutes later, I noticed other people sitting down to eattheir food, that had come in long after me. I had sat down at a table, and was waiting patiently. I stood up and walked to thecounter, and the lady realized she had forgotten me. Again to her credit gave me a little extra food apologized, and sent me onmy way, to me it was no big deal, but I'm sure to some it would have been a big deal. Not really sure how a ticket that gets putinto a queue gets overlooked. I guess the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Food was good as always.

Made my order and got to the... read more I stayed in the hotel next to the Bojangles. Woke up the next morning and went through the drive through about 9:00am Feb 2nd 2023. Made my order and got to the window. The window worker looked stressed and unhappy. I then found out why. There was a tall older man in a red shirt working there degrading the employees. He was YELLING at one of the workers who maybe was new and she didn 't cut the biscuit correctly. His words You don 't try to cut the biscuit in the middle, you DO IT! and continued to berate her and others. I sat in the parking lot and continued to see him getting in their faces, flailing his arms. He needs to get retrained of fired. It 's hard enough to find workers these days and this bully runs them off. I wanted to go in and do what I do best, but this review should get something done.

I told one of them that the fried chicken is for my dogs and she gave me the heads on the chicken is hot and careful as they are for my dogs. It's nice that she was enough to mention it. One of my wild dogs loved it! She ate all three pieces, pig. I had some of the shattered and skin, and it was delicious. I like the mild spice taste. My other dog is extremely finicky who wasn't interested in the chicken. I will definitely visit other Bojangles in the future. Unfortunately, there is no place I live.
