Applebee's Grill - Wilmington

Have been sitting here for everything you can eat boneless wings. eating was really good, service was great, drinks were on top of all the 1800 pfirsich margarita and top shelf long island icestee! who loves no appetizers and cocktails and the happy hour prizes were amazing! I noticed that the first order comes with fries, but after that they have to ask the fries, otherwise the waiter will only bring 6 boneless bites out on a tiny teller (which was good from me because I needed space in my mouth for more boneless wing lol). I'm back!

The last couple of times we ordered through door dash, at least one of our meals had disappeared. I would call the manager, they would apologize, ask me to come back and offer a free dessert. the mood is beautiful, but the fact that I am going back to eliminate her mistake is pleasing. also, do not disturb, do not choose any utensils because they send them anyway. I try to avoid plastic forks and knives, but these applebees force them on them. not the best service if they do not eat in the restaurant.

I ate here for the first time today and while the huhn alfredo was ok my brother described it as 7/10, I had the cheeseburger and wing combo the wings were mild, not hot as it ordered and the patty was only sadly slandered. the portions were large, I speak 3 portions of chips and spaghetti. the worst part was the water-down beer just like water. the profis the staff was very friendly and made sure that they asked again if everything was in order and the place was very clean, I would like to try again.

Always great for a quick lunch! Of course we all know that we can also be fancy like applebee on a date night! I had the french woof and the steak sandwich doll. both great.

So I'm going with a 3 just because as of late service has not been what it usually is. We also order carside to go often , but idk if they are short on staff or manager on duty but we walked in today and restaurant was nearly empty however there were two groups of people waiting and then us , no one even greeted us , just got stares from the waiters then the hostess comes doesn't even acknowledge us and proceeds to walk away . Not even a hello , smile nada to even explain like hey there's a wait bc so and so . I mean we would have understood but we ended up walking out. Where has the hospitality gone?
