I also find that the kitchen staff should be min... read more I ordered the double cheeseburger and large fries. I find their burgers to be very greasy and difficult to eat. I also find that the kitchen staff should be mindful of how a carry out is packaged. As far as taste, I find Wendy's, Five Guys, or Meatheads are just as good. There's nothing special about their burgers . I requested grilled onions and was charged an additional .75 even though on the add on menu, there's nothing mentioned about an additional change for cooked onions. I noticed that the drive through was much faster than going in, but maybe I'm silly because I want to see how you are preparing my food.

But today I had a $50 delivery order which consisted of chicken tenders with barbecue sauce and a burger and I got no sauces which would be OK if they didn’t charge me for the cheese sauce I cannoteven enjoy my Meal. I know people make mistakes but when I call nobody cared to fix the situation the person was very rude andbasically told me there was nothing that he could do because I placed the order online. I was a faithful customer until now itseems they only care about their bottom line not satisfying to customers.
