Nice bk first bk in a long time I did not get sick of the food super fast!
Service and quality of food is today met-and-miss was a miss. it took 15 minutes to get my food and when I got it, the fries were cold. also the dach is out in two spots.
The food was in order, but the service was terrible, even in the car thru. one of the employees had a long social conversation with a man in his car in the drive thru, with apparently no intentions to move. the employee seemed completely inconceivable that he maintained the drive and delayed the orders of other customers.
The customer service was incredible, and the staff were extremely friendly. My experience today truly brightened my entire day!
I placed an order using the BK app and the food was great!
