Description
Recent visits to a local Subway highlight a troubling inconsistency between service and food quality. While some diners appreciate friendly staff and well-made sandwiches, others encounter disheartening experiences marked by poor customer service. Issues range from tough, unappetizing meals to miscommunications about menu items. Many patrons report feeling rushed or dismissed by employees, contributing to a frustrating atmosphere. Despite a few shining examples of dedicated workers striving to provide excellent service, numerous complaints indicate that overall improvement is necessary for a more satisfying dining experience. Potential customers may want to consider these factors before visiting.

Girl who works there needs to city her 3 inch nails, saw food under them while she was making my sandwich with no gloves. Gave it back. Tdlr will be reported
I visited Subway and was served by a young man named Angel. He was incredibly friendly and did an excellent job making six sandwiches all by himself, and they were all delicious. I really appreciate the effort he put into making my sandwiches so good. He definitely deserves a raise!
"My rotisserie chicken sandwich smelled strangely like tuna. The sandwich was quite tough, almost like it had been submerged in a thick tuna sauce. Additionally, the oatmeal cookie was hard and tasted stale, almost like old cardboard. To make matters worse, after just a couple of bites, I found a black hair in the cookie. I would not recommend eating here."
