Alt... read more I had the most absurd experience at a 7-Eleven. The clerk overcharged me by six dollars on one item, which I realized when I checked my credit card receipt. Although he acknowledged the mistake, he refused to fix it, saying it was my fault! When I asked to speak with a manager, he outright said no and insisted that nothing could be done. It seemed like he was intentionally doing this to pocket tips, as he was adamant about not correcting the error. I attempted to call during regular Monday hours to report the issue to a manager, but no one answered, and there was no voicemail set up.

Additionally, the condiment options were quite limited—only mustard and ketchup were available, with no pico, jalapeños, or anything else. It was after 10:00 AM, and there was very little food out, including the hot dogs. It seems like they might not have enough business. Until the population in the area increases, I don’t plan on returning.

I will be calling g the corporate office to let them know that they are getting g a bad name from this store. Either shut it down or re-staff. I stopped here today for gas , cigarettes and lunch. Almost all pumps are out of order. I got behind another vehicle to wait for their pump. Went inside to pay and get lunch. No food at all!!!! Nothing on the roller/grillers. Nothing being cooked at the Laredo Taco. And nothing in the hot food display case. I will never come here again. I'm going to Cirlce-K. Now they know how to run a convince store.
