Ruby's continues to be a realiable go-to spot for us. I always enjoy the Bourbon Salmon and the selection of sides is always diverse. Great drink and dessert menu, and many calorie conscious options as well. View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Ruby Tuesday:
spent 90 mice and got the totally wrong food for my partner. caesar salat came dry. who eats dry salad and crumbs? “Loaded” baked kartoffel literally had 3 spots of bacon bits and maybe four pieces of crushed cheese. no butter or taste at all. extremely annoyed they charge extra for it. which was for one. My Husband and I went here for our 7th anniversary. This is the same restaurant that we first met in 2006. Our server was Kristi and she was wonderful. All of our food came out fast and the way it was ordered. Ironically, we were even seated in the same booth that we sat in 17 years ago. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Being sat in the same dining area and seat felt like a coincidence. They had a new menu with ramen, we were excited. The first let down was the only plate in the salad bar was dirty, had to ask and then wait 5+ minutes for plates to arrive, when they arrived they were still dirty but I also learned there was no ranch, chick peas, romaine lettuce, edamame or hard boiled eggs in the salad bar. 20 minutes after ordering food, eating salad bar and a couple beers we were told there was no ramen and then no meat. We decided to leave. The manager comp’d the tab as he should have. But I do wonder if he has been eating all the missing food. He was easily the size of 3 people

About 20 minutes after placing our orders, my dinner companion was informed that they didn’t have his food available, so he changed his order. After another 20 minutes, I was informed my food wasn’t available. We did not get an explanation of what took so long to communicate with us. We ended up leaving without eating.
