Contribute FeedbackA recent review of a restaurant depicts a mixed experience, with a wide range of opinions from different guests. Despite some complaints about slow service, loud music, and disappointing dishes such as the Texas BBQ brisket, there were also positive comments about the food quality, friendly hosts, and incredible onion rings. One patron praised the short Rib-Tacos and Prime Rib-Dip sandwiches, calling them among their top 5 favorite meals ever. The energetic hostess and attentive server received high marks, with one guest particularly enjoying their Eggs Benedict and Cheesy Hashbrowns for brunch. Additionally, the atmosphere and happy hour specials were highlights for many customers. Overall, while some areas need improvement, this restaurant seems to have potential for those seeking a new favorite dining spot.
I was meeting family after a long day of seminar lectures Decided on Tom's The atmosphere and happy hour menu made it an easy decision.
My husband and I have eaten at this place THREE times the last 3 daysFirst day, we had dinner.
Tom's Urban 9/30 One of the worst eating out experiences I have ever hadSlow service and terrible food.
Wings was raw and ****, ribs was all fat and service was terrible.
We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved us at a tall bar table in between a service station and the kitchen door. After asking someone other than the hostess were moved to a regular table. The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. Service took forever, orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it was pounded with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were incredible.
