The service at this restaurant was disappointing. On one occasion, I ordered crispy but received the original instead. This time, the waitress forgot to bring my drink and didn't even apologize. Instead, she told me not to knock on the window to get her attention since it was a drive-through. Can you believe that? Honestly! No offense, but despite these service issues, my overall experience with the staff was still decent.
Initially, I was let down that grilled chicken was no longer available. However, I reminded myself that it's Kentucky Fried Chicken. Overall, the meal was enjoyable— I had mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and two drumsticks.
