The staff was there just staring at each other. Not professional at all.

This time, the waitress forgot to bring my drink and didn't even apologize. Instead, she told me not to knock on the window to get her attention since it was a drive-through. Can you believe that? Honestly! No offense, but despite these service issues, my overall experience with the staff was still decent.
