I was humiliated before customers that my son was denied a basic necessity as water, as we had to drive to the house and was really hot outside. and will never get my service again. I can't believe they refused to serve my 6 yr old son a bottle of water. disgusting! they don't even earn 1 star ..

Like the chicken schnitzel Turkish bread. Very tasty and crunchy. Pretty good food for Airport. But for me the girl that was serving this night was amazing. She was all alone serving everyone making all the food and coffees with an amazing smile and very friendly. This just made the whole experience so comfortable. Specially after a whole week in New Castle for a business trip, after being so tired and about to get home. This is was great. Thank you for your service today. By the way, even though she was busy, my soy latte was still in perfect temperature and well done. Which means she was giving good attention what she was serving.
