The service at this restaurant was amazing, especially with my daughter who has special needs. We dined in for lunch and the food was rated 4 out of 5, while the service received a perfect score of 5. The atmosphere was also rated a 4.
Extremely busy afternoon at red rooster but the young girl, Mon was her name was just so amazing and calm. Smile on her face and explained the wait times and apologised. The rest of the team did an amazing job to get the food out as fast as they could considering how busy they were. They deserve a pay raise! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Williamtown Newcastle airport. Sunday July 6, 2024. Staff had no interest in serving their waiting customers, leaving the counter unattended for minutes at a time. My meal was cold, extremely poorly constructed, inedible and simply disgusting. Biggest waste of my money and my time. I'd rather go hungry than buy food from here again. And don't forget the extra charge for paying by EFTPOS! Service: Takeaway
