What User doesn't like about Red Rooster:
I was pleasantly surprised to see that Red Rooster was still open when I arrived, even though it was close to the airport's closing time. I decided to order the BBQ box with an upgraded beverage, along with their famous Red Rooster chips. Waited out front to order for 5-10 minutes with no staff coming out to even check. It was around 1pm, a time you’d expect customers to be waiting to be served. I left and ordered elsewhere.
It was fast but I'm not sure it was food I'll leave that review there as I've nothing else good to add
There was hardly anyone at the airport and still took them almost 45 mins for a small meal. Totally not acceptable at an airport where time is tight before boarding a flight. Don't bother go to any other food outlet in the airport instead.
Ordered bacon mama burger and it was smoothered in bbq sauce, NO bbq sauce on the burger as it shows on your photo and online menu!Chips oily and dry not even seasoned!15min wait and i was 2nd in line from opening!Rubbish franchise
