We were seated in the bar area, where our waitress was only adequate. She seemed uninterested and did not check on us. My beef tips were overcooked, making them hard to cut with a steak knife. The waitress never asked how our meal was. My husband's baked potato was cold, and when he mentioned it, she offered to microwave it without apologizing. He requested a new one instead. The waitress only paid attention to us when we needed something. The hostess, who was initially friendly, ignored us at the end as she was talking to other customers. Overall, our experience was disappointing. The Sunday buffet may be better, but the service and food we received were not up to par.

We discovered this southern buffet-style restaurant after a front desk clerk recommended it during our overnight stay at a nearby hotel. The seafood platter was delicious with generous portions and the service was pleasant, making it a place we would return to if we find ourselves in the area again.
