Wendy's - Williamsburg

Was Patrick Garman at Wendy's a mag?
I have been getting a burger here atleast once a month for 3 years now. They have never messed up my order. Its been perfect. I marked service down 1 star because i always order online ahead to pick up at drive thru. Most times, the only thing ever said to me is. Hi, can I take your order , followed by You can pull forward . The second window rarely ever says anything. They just hand me the food and shut the window.... View all feedback.

I usually come to this Wendy's on the drive thru and service is great. This time the service was not as great. They forgot to give me one burger. When I got to my house I noticed and had to drive back to let them know. They did give me the burger that I was missing plus a free medium fries.I usually give a 5 star.
