We had an unusual experience with an employee at the cash register during our visit today. We placed our order using the self-checkout screen and chose to pay by card at the counter. However, the cashier became quite insistent, claiming that there was no difference between paying at the self-checkout or at the counter. He stated, “I’m 59 and I know it’s the same.” I explained that we preferred to pay at the counter with our card, but he raised his voice and continued to argue. I even told the cook that the cashier didn’t need to be at the register. I hope no one else has to deal with him in the future. We’ll give this restaurant another shot, as the person who served our food mentioned he would report our feedback to management. Let’s see what happens.
The food was good and the restaurant was clean, but my drive-thru order was incorrect, and I didn’t get everything I paid for.
Came here one night to get some food and the manager was cussing every other word and being mad because he was short staffed and then kept complaining how he's been in this business for 20 years and how he hates it and every customer that comes in. We tried to talk to him to try and lighten his mood and he just kept complaining.
