Subway - Williamsburg

The restaurant is clean, but all of our sandwiches were dropped. In addition, the service from one of the workers was hostile to the point of discomfort.

If you enjoy delicious bread but don't mind bad service, dirty bathrooms on the lower level, and broken drink machines, then this is the Subway for you. Three workers in the back did nothing while the bathrooms were filthy. Although I didn't witness a cockroach crawling over the cashier as another reviewer did, my sandwich still left me feeling disgusted.

There was no soap, paper towels, soda, or ice available at this restaurant. It was difficult to get the staff's attention as they seemed preoccupied in the back. They appeared to have been eating, but the food was green. None of the tables were wiped down, even though we were the only customers and the three employees were sitting behind the counter when we arrived. Overall, the experience felt unhygienic and unorganized. I would not recommend this restaurant if you prefer a clean environment.

Rudely waited on an then when we were trying to cash out the guy running the register decided he rather talk to his long hair friend who was in the back in plain site messing with his hair. I miss the old workers where did they go they were actually nice several regulars were leaving the same day an said it's a mess better off going to Walmarts subway.
