The young man behind the counter was on his phone, but when he saw me, he stopped and had someone else take my order. There was no greeting or welcome. It seemed like it was a hassle for them to make my sandwich. They didn't ask if I wanted a drink or any other fresh options. Subway needs to hire staff who understand customer service instead of someone who is just there for the money. It's clear they don't deserve $15.00 per hour.

They were out of several menu items including black olive, 9-grain wheat bread, chopped steak, and turkey. The girl working there was impolite and their ice machine was broken. Furthermore, they did not have any cookies available.

Subway Fresh, Subway needs some fresh help that knows customer service rather than someone who is just there for the money, he don 't deserve $15.00 an hour ..

I have been in some with unfriendly service and deplorable conditions. Thanks to the young lady who did a nice job on our supper and was very friendly. I hope you and your husband do well on the future.
