I went to the restaurant to order a Spicy Italian sub for dinner. The young man behind the counter was on his phone, but when he saw me, he stopped and had someone else take my order. Make sure you carefully review your online order at this restaurant. I ordered a footlong and only received 6 inches. The receipt clearly indicated 12 inches, but I only got half. The service was lacking, with a rating of 1. The atmosphere was okay, with a rating of 3. This was a takeout dinner costing $10-20 per person. The food was decent, with a rating of 3.
My wife and I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The store manager was exceptionally impolite when we asked about the menu, responding rudely and rolling her eyes. She made snarky comments and acted impatient with us when we were placing our order. Overall, we were very disappointed with the poor attitude of the staff. We will not be returning to this establishment. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1.
We arrived and it wasn't very busy. We placed our order and the fillings were generous and well presented. The two waitresses made an effort to be helpful and friendly. One drawback was the coffee among the worst we have tasted and was literally undrinkable! However the tasty food made up for any shortfalls
I've been to many Subways but this one was exceptionally clean the people who waited on me were super nice friendly, I asked a travel question they went out of their way to help me.
