I should have shared this review earlier! My family and I have been regular customers at this restaurant for over two years, and we've developed a great relationship with the owners. They always remember our usual orders (we're a family of five!) and frequently ask how we're doing. Sometimes, we even go for late-night walks just to drop in and say hello! If you're in the mood for Subway, I promise you won't be disappointed!
The new menu items were very impressive. I really loved my meal, and the service was excellent.
I arrived at 8:15 PM only to discover that the restaurant was closed. Their website states that they close at 10 PM, and the door also indicates the same. Unfortunately, I've lost my business for good.
I was let down by the fact that this location doesn’t accept coupons, and I feel like my trip here was a waste of gas. I won't be coming back in the future.
The couple who owns the restaurant provides below-average customer service. The husband, in particular, lacks personality and seems to have no understanding of what good customer service entails. When my mother attempted to engage him in conversation, he responded rudely instead of politely and maturely. On the other hand, his wife was more welcoming. However, the husband’s demeanor turned what could have been a pleasant experience into an uncomfortable one. While I understand that a business isn't solely dependent on one customer, it's clear that we won't be returning to spend our money there again.
