We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We arrived at 5:46 PM and ordered four portobello chickens and a chicken wrap, along with three house salads. After 15 minutes of waiting for our food, we had to ask about our salads. By 6:45 PM, the manager approached us to say our food was being plated. However, by 7:11 PM, we were still waiting without any food! When we called the manager back, she informed us that the portobello chicken takes 8 to 10 minutes to prepare. That’s understandable, but we had already been waiting over an hour! Ultimately, we never received our food and left feeling frustrated and hungry.
Mr. C's recently opened for service, and we noticed a new sign announcing that they now serve pizza. It took us less than 15 minutes to pick up our pizza, and we’re really glad we decided to give it a try! We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. It's wonderful to have a pizza option on the east side of TC! We've previously enjoyed burgers, salads, and prime rib at Mr. C's, all of which were excellent. With this new addition to their menu, they’ve hit another home run! Bravo!
I recommend opting for carry-out, as dining in will result in a lengthy wait of about an hour. However, if you choose carry-out, your food will be ready in just 20 minutes.
