Despite being busy, the service was fast and efficient, even though they mentioned they were short-staffed. Everyone was polite, and the place was spotless. A bonus is that there's a traffic light at the exit of the parking lot, making it very easy to enter and exit on a busy road.

Honestly, I think she should reconsider her role in customer service, as her attitude was off-putting. Additionally, she was wearing a tie-dyed shirt instead of a proper uniform.

One of the employees even cam... read more This is, without a doubt, the worst KFC location I have ever experienced. The manager, Moe, was extremely rude and unprofessional. One of the employees even came around the counter to threaten me. I intend to report this incident to corporate. I placed my order, and to my surprise, they shut off their fryers at 9:10 PM, despite closing at 10 PM. I had given them multiple chances to rectify the situation, but I ended up having to request a refund again. At 9:10 PM, they refused to cook any chicken or chicken tenders, even though they had an hour left before closing. When I asked about this, an employee came from behind the counter and made a derogatory comment about “big white people” in an attempt to intimidate me. Is this the kind of behavior KFC trains its employees to exhibit? It’s truly unbelievable.
