I went to use my digital coupon, but they didn't have a scanner to process it. It was really disappointing.

I ordered a chicken wrap with coleslaw, but I was disappointed. One wrap had so little coleslaw that I could hardly taste it, and the second wrap didn't have any coleslaw at all.
This KFC in Williamsburg, VA, is the nicest one I've ever visited! Despite being busy, the service was fast and efficient, even though they mentioned they were short-staffed. Everyone was polite, and the place was spotless. A bonus is that there's a traffic light at the exit of the parking lot, making it very easy to enter and exit on a busy road.
The woman who served me was quite upset when I mentioned that the sweet tea wasn’t sweet. Honestly, I think she should reconsider her role in customer service, as her attitude was off-putting. Additionally, she was wearing a tie-dyed shirt instead of a proper uniform.
