The grits were somewhat cold and sticky, but the shrimp was excellent. The coffee took a while to arrive.

Ricardo- the manager there is quite frankly one of the nicest gentleman I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Runs a fantastic operation with affordable, delicious, and well portioned meals.

The host was fantastic, and I really enjoyed his voice! However, considering the price we paid for the food, the quality just didn't match. I had fish, which turned out to be mostly batter with just a small piece of fish inside. The boneless chicken breast was extremely dry, and the chopped potatoes had an off smell. Everything else wasn't too bad, though—it’s a beautiful place.

I am disgusted, at my forest visit to this location. I’m glad I didn’t order the pork chops, because my Big Bang shrimp was made two times and still wrong. The first time, it wasn’t the correct size I requested and the lettuce was bad. The second time the grease wasn’t even drained from my shrimp, before putting it with the lettuce. Which wasn’t extra lettuce like I reheated it to be, and the manager confirmed. Smh, almost an hour for something that will be trashed because all that grease. That DEFINITELY should have been drained properly.

The food was fantastic, but the service left a lot to be desired! This was our third visit to Bonefish in Williamsburg, and unfortunately, we experienced poor service again. We enjoy sitting at the bar, but we were overlooked multiple times. During our last visit, we even had to ask a server from the dining room to find someone to assist us. After finally getting our drinks and appetizer, we didn't see our bartender again until we had to wave her down for the check.
