What Crawford Armstrong doesn't like about Sarawak Hawker Cuisine:
very authentic sarawak eat! if I didn't mistake, they made kampua, but the current menu has just kolo mee, which is quite similar anyway. their standards are always there, oh and I have always enjoyed their buttermilk huhn rice. general portions of food at a very affordable price. If you're a fan of hawkers cuisine and miss the luxury of this food when you travel overseas to Asian destinations, hawkers allows you to revisit the delicious nostalgia. Don't expect fancy fine dining or 5 star service. Traditionally, this place is all about value for money, quick eating and great use of small spaces. Keep yourself entertained by playing a few "I'm totally not eyeing your food before mine gets here"... View all feedback.

read moreThe restaurant offers quick, simple dining with a wide variety of hawker food choices that are decent and great value for money. The food, particularly the Buttermilk Chicken Rice, Kolo Mee ExtraSpecial, and Braised Pork Belly Noodles/Rice, is praised for its quality and taste both dining in and as takeaway. While the service and venue may not be top-notch, the focus here is on authentic, hearty meals reminiscent of Malaysian hawker cuisine. Customers appreciate the generous portion sizes and affordable prices, making it a popular choice among fans of Asian fare looking for a casual dining experience. Overall, despite some mixed reviews, the restaurant seems to deliver on its promise of providing satisfying, budget-friendly meals in a bustling, no-frills atmosphere.
