What Keven Ankunding doesn't like about Joy's Garden Cafe:
Visited due to good ratings but was a bit disappointed. Not that the food was bad, it was average and contained limited amounts. Big bowls and lots of soup, but minimal ingredients. This restaurant just reopened after closing for about a month for renovations. The menu is new (more Chinese food) and (I think about) 10 Vietnamese dishes. The decor has been updated with a red feature wall and new tables and chairs. It's a small place and if you need high chair, you'll have to ask the staff as its kept somewhere at the back.
