Cheap and tasty. Asam Laksa, Mee Goreng and unlimited Chinese tea refill for $20. It's a small place for around 20 sittings. There is a table outside. The food was fast and delicious. Will defiantly go back there again. Cheers. View all feedback.
What Thurman Schoen doesn't like about Asian Cuisine:
Chicken Satay was good. Mee Goreng was average. Chicken & Tofu Claypot was not bad, acceptable taste but hardly find any chicken in there. Since it is cheap, so doesn't bother me too much. View all feedback.
Everything was so good that at night when I left, was quite full. asam laksa and popiah were the best dishes I had in this restaurant. in any case will come again for more. yun
Was referred to try this restaurant by a foodie friend. Came yesterday for lunch. Its a small cafe/restaurant and very busy still at 2.00pm. Located in a complex which houses several similar small take away/cafe style restaurants. There is plenty of parking available. Because of...its size, you will need to share tables. You order and pay by the counter and they will bring the food out to you so there is no wait service. You also help yourself to the cutlery and condiments. Food we ordered came quick enough and was generous in its serving. Nice lunch. Will come back and try other dishes on the menu.
This place does not look much from the outside but (or the inside for that matter) but the food is excellent and the stuff will trip over themselves to help you.
The Claypot chicken rice with salted fish and Assam laksa are the best dishes I had in this restaurant. One dish very disappointed is the Loh Bak, it was served in big pieces, which supposed to be in Bite-size. Not recommended if you are a Loh Bak's lover.
How can I missed this shop for so long? Penang style Assam laksa is as close as possible from penang. Shop is small and easily missed so don't miss it, will be back to try others on menu.
