Even though it was close to the end of their shift and they were tired, Yulissa and Julia went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We truly appreciated their friendliness and just how delicious the sandwich was!

The receipt listed he... read more I usually enjoy this place, but on July 17, 2023, at 6:35 AM, I encountered the most unfriendly employee I've ever met in a sandwich shop. The receipt listed her name as Marcela, but she didn't wear a name tag—perhaps for good reason. She was downright rude, carelessly slapping the toppings onto my sandwich as if it were trash. I asked for a little bit of mayo, and she ended up dumping half a bottle onto my sandwich. There was only one type of bread available. If that woman is working next time I visit, I will choose to go elsewhere. It felt like my order was an inconvenience to her. This person should not be interacting with customers and needs to be let go. It's a shame because the rest of the staff is friendly, and her behavior spoils the experience for everyone else!

Then I had t... read more I was told they soak there meat in hot water to thaw out the meat. I have eaten there twice. One when we moved here,then my husband and I got sick. Then I had to today to hopefully retry it but I got sick again. I would not recommend anyone to go thethis subway. Employees are very disrespectful. If you don't like your job then don't work there.
