Everyone at our table... read more Excellent barbecue and service! We had the beef brisket, mac cheese and sweet potato fries. The salad bar was fresh and had good options. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals. Good variety of food on the menu. Saw a pizza go by and it looked yummy!

The salad bar has fresh... read more We had lunch at the Big Tex BBQ. We opted for a Bacon Cheeseburger with green chili. We split this entreé so we could each have a salad. The salad bar has fresh ingredients with a variety to satisfy any palette. Our server was very pleasant, friendly and welcoming to us. Our entreé was brought to us with an extra plate and a steak knife to halve it, as we stated to the server when we ordered. A great atmosphere in the red train car rather than the main restaurant seating. Our second visit, most likely, not our last!!

We had pork ribs and tri tip which were excellent along with onion rings and other sides. So much food we could not finish it or get to dessert. Highly recommend if in Willcox.

My friend has a gluten allergy, and the server was a bit unhelpful about it. Thankfully, it worked out fine. While I was waiting for my fo, d someone came up and sincerely and kindly apologized to the server about something, and she was pretty cold to him as well. I don't know what happened or if that had anything to do with it, but that shouldn't have bled over into our interaction.
