When I called to express my concerns, the person I spoke to claimed to be the manager. However, when I asked for their name, they hung up on me. I tried calling back, but no one answered. This level of unprofessionalism is truly disappointing. We paid a decent amount for our meal, only to receive subpar food, and then when I reached out to resolve the issue, they chose to hang up instead of making things right. In the past, I was promised a voucher but never received it.
