Nevertheless, Michelin discovered it, and I followed... read more This restaurant is located in the Hotel Oranien, a beautiful but dispatched/historical hotel in Wiesbaden. Nevertheless, Michelin discovered it, and I followed suit as a place nobody had told us about. It has an excellent wine list - we had a wonderful spatburgunder from Udo Ott- I had the lamb--boiled, and my wife of the trout Muellerin. For appetizer we had the white asparagus soup goddess! It was a bit cold and rainy, so we could not sit on the terrace, but if you can do that... it is gorgeous, plentiful and an oasis in the middle of the city. If you are a veteran from Wiesbaden, or if you are not, this is not to be missed! And for those of you on a budget, it's mediocre... not cheap, but it won't break the bank, sure!
